What we’re listening to -

The bluesy jazz and dusky tones of Melody Gardot have us swooning into the earlier evenings of Autumn. Personal favourites are ‘Morning Sun’ and ‘Baby I’m A Fool’ which you can listen to here.

What we’re inspired by -

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed seeing the works of Spencer Fung, Mari-Ruth Oda and Kim Sang In curated by Rosa Parks at the Francis Gallery in London and are excited to follow the journey of an exciting new exhibition space opening permanently in 2019. Follow their beautiful instagram here.

How we’re nourishing ourselves -

At a time of year when the seasons change can more obviously disrupt our rhythms and challenge our immune system, it is important to make time for both energising and restful experiences. A revitalising dip in the sea helps boost our circulation, followed by a hot shower or an indulgent soak in the bath. The steam naturally helps to clear pores and support and invigorate our skins natural defences. Whilst the warm water eases the tension of muscles, allowing your body to truly relax and repair.

A beautiful brand we’ve discovered -

We’re loving the Autumnal, caramel tones of Timeless Linen’s bedding. Perfect for elevating our bedroom into a soft, warm haven just in time for the new cooler season. Their collection is made from 100% washed linen which makes for the softest touch against our skin. Find their range here.

A new staple for our morning routine -

Body brushing is a quick and powerful way to start your daily self care routine having numerous beneficial effects to mind, body and skin. From boosting our circulation and lymphatic system, to exfoliating dry skin, it’s a technique that can rejuvenate at a deep cellular level, leaving skin softer and more radiant.
